Buy a Phone Number

Volang uses a pool-first model. Pre-configured numbers are available for instant purchase.
  1. Go to Phone Numbers in the sidebar
  2. Click Buy Phone Number

  1. You’ll see available numbers from the admin pool:

  1. Each number shows:
    • Phone number (E.164 format)
    • Friendly name
    • Country code
    • Type (local, toll-free)
  2. Click Buy next to your chosen number
  3. Credits are deducted instantly (buy fee + first month)
  4. The number appears in your phone numbers list as Active

Pricing Display

The buy button shows the total cost: 
Buy (₦6,000.00)
= Buy fee (₦5,000) + Monthly fee (₦1,000)
Prices are shown in your organization’s local currency.

If No Pool Numbers Are Available

When the pool is empty, you’ll see a request form instead: Phone Number Request Form Fill in:
  • Country — currently Nigeria
  • Area Code — optional preference
  • Direction — inbound or outbound
  • Business Reason — why you need this number
Submit and wait for admin approval. You’ll be notified when your number is ready.

After Purchase

Your number is active but not yet receiving calls. You need to link it to an assistant to start receiving calls.
