Understanding Costs

Call costs are calculated per-minute based on: Each component has a rate set by the provider (Deepgram, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.) plus a platform markup. The total per-minute cost varies based on which providers your assistant uses.

Credit Consumption

Your included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. After they’re used:

• Charges fall back to wallet credits (PAYG)
• You can purchase credit packages at any time
• Unused included credits do NOT roll over

Changing Plans

• Upgrade — takes effect immediately, credits are prorated
• Downgrade — scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle
• Cancel — subscription ends at cycle close; unused credits are forfeited

Viewing Your Plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, included credits remaining, and usage for the current cycle.
