Billing Overview

Vonative uses a credit-based billing system with tiered plans. You buy credits, and each call consumes credits based on duration, features used, and provider costs.

How Billing Works

Key Concepts

Plans

Every organization has a plan that determines:
  • Included credits — free credits each billing cycle
  • Base features — what’s available (assistants, phone numbers, concurrent calls)
  • Per-minute rates — cost per minute after included credits are used
  • Support level — community, email, or priority support

Credits

Credits are the unit of account. They cover:
  • Per-minute call usage (transport, STT, TTS, LLM)
  • Phone number purchases (one-time buy fee + monthly fee)
  • Add-on features

Wallet

Your wallet holds purchased credits. When your plan’s included credits run out, the platform uses wallet credits (PAYG). You can set up auto-reload to keep your wallet topped up.

Invoices

Invoices track your charges per billing cycle. Each session generates invoice line items with a detailed cost breakdown.

Billing Dashboard

Access your billing information from Settings → Billing. The dashboard shows:
  • Current plan and included credits remaining
  • Credit balance and recent transactions
  • Cost breakdown by category (STT, TTS, LLM, transport)
  • Usage analytics and trends
