Credits

Credits are the unit of account on Vonative. Every call, phone number, and add-on feature consumes credits.

How Credits Work

Your Credit Balance

Two balance types work together:

Included Credits

Part of your plan — reset each billing cycle. Used first. Do not roll over.

​

Wallet Credits

Purchased credits in your wallet. Used after included credits are exhausted. Never expire (unless the package has an explicit expiry).

Buying Credits

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Buy Credits
3. Choose a package from the available options
4. Complete payment (via Paystack)
5. Credits are added to your wallet immediately

Auto-Reload

Enable auto-reload to avoid running out of credits:

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Auto-Reload
2. Set a trigger balance (e.g., 500 credits)
3. Set a reload amount (e.g., 2,000 credits)
4. Save

When your balance drops below the trigger, the platform automatically purchases the reload amount.

Credit Alerts

The platform notifies you when:

• Balance drops below 20% of included credits
• Balance reaches zero
• Wallet credits are being used (PAYG mode active)

You can configure alert thresholds in Settings → Billing.

Viewing Credit History

Every credit movement is logged:

• Purchases — credits added
• Usage — credits consumed by calls
• Refunds — credits returned
• Adjustments — manual corrections

View your history from Settings → Billing → Transaction History.
