Call logs provide detailed records of every call, including transcripts, duration, and outcomes.Viewing Call Logs
Navigate to OBSERVE → Call Logs in the sidebar.
Log Details
Each call log includes:| Field | Description |

| Caller | Phone number or web session ID |
| Assistant | Which assistant handled the call |
| Duration | Total call time |
| Status | Success, failed, or dropped |
| Transcript | Full conversation text |
| Cost | Credits consumed |
| Timestamp | When the call occurred |
Using Call Logs
Call logs help you:- Debug issues — see exactly what was said and how the assistant responded
- Improve prompts — identify where the assistant struggles
- Track usage — monitor credit consumption
- Audit calls — review for compliance or quality
Webhook Integration
For real-time call event data, set up webhooks in DEVELOPER → Webhooks. Events include:call.startedcall.completedcall.failedtranscript.ready
