Sessions track every call your assistants handle — from start to finish.

Viewing Sessions

Navigate to OBSERVE → Sessions in the sidebar. Sessions Page

Session Data

Each session includes:

Statuspending, active, completed, failed
AssistantWhich assistant handled the call
Phone NumberThe number that received the call
DurationCall length in seconds
Started AtWhen the call began
TypewebCall (test) or phoneCall (live)

Session Lifecycle

  • Pending — call initiated, waiting for connection
  • Active — call in progress
  • Completed — call ended normally
  • Failed — call dropped or errored

Filtering

Filter sessions by:
  • Date range
  • Assistant
  • Status
  • Call type (web vs phone)

Credits & Billing

Each session’s cost is calculated based on:
  • Call duration (per-minute rate)
  • Voice provider used
  • Transcriber provider used
  • LLM tokens consumed
